§1

The auction is public and voluntary. All purchase is made at buyers’ risk.

§2

All bids are accepted via the Internet at the auction site, after entering the customer number and access code, in safe encrypted mode.

§3

Each person authorised to participate in auction have a unique customer number (login) and access code (password). The password is issued upon filling in of the registration form, and is transferred to the e-mail address specified by the customer. The use of a login and password constitutes placing a purchase order.

§4

All payments are in Polish zlotys (zł). Any price quoted in other currency will be converted to Polish zlotys at Citibank Handlowy buy exchange rate of the currency on the day the auction is closed.

§5

No commission is added to the purchase price. The buyer has to cover any P&P cost.

§6

Each lot has its current bid displayed.

§7

The auto-bid feature allows automatic bidding up to the highest pre-defined amount.

§8

Auction participants agree to receive confirmation of their bids and information about any status change of these by e-mail. A person registered in the database, who has an own login and password, agrees to receive e-mail notifications about current and forthcoming auctions.

§9

The bidding steps are as follows:

current bid up to 100 PLN 5 PLN

current bid 101-500 PLN 10 PLN

current bid 501-1,000 PLN 20 PLN

current bid 1,001-5,000 PLN 50 PLN

current bid 5,001-10,000 PLN 100 PLN

current bid above 10,000 PLN 500 PLN

In each case the next minimum bid is suggested automatically.

§10

The highest bidder is bound by his offer to accept the lot. The bidder must make payment within 14 days from the receipt of the auction invoice. Any purchased lot is delivered to the buyer on full settlement of the account.

§11

All lots are described with greatest care and to our best knowledge. Failure to understand the description in Polish will not be considered a justified reason for the highest bidder to refuse to accept a lot. Bidders who are unable to read Polish can submit inquiries in English or German during the auction. Accumulated lots and collections cannot be subject of any claim.

§12

Every lot is shown in the catalogue in digital photographs. At express request we can send additional digital photographs, copies of certificates, or descriptions. Lots cannot be examined in any other way.

§13

Claims due to physical defects or faults must be submitted within 14 days from receipt of the lot in question.

§14

The auction catalogue quotes latest Fischer and Michel catalogue numbering. Symbols are explained separately.

§15

Within 10 days after the auction is closed, any lot not sold during the auction may be purchased at a negotiated price. Such price offer should be made via e-mail.

§16

We reserve the right to withdraw any lot during the auction.

§17

In all other matters we reserve the right of interpretation.
